Motorola DROID 4 for Verizon Wireless to Arrive in February?

Apple iPhone 4S Coming to AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless on October 14

Apple has announced the latest version of the iPhone. Unfortunately, it’s not the rumored iPhone 5. 

The new iPhone 4S will be available on three major US carriers (AT&T, Sprint, and Verizon Wireless). Only T-Mobile will not offer this anticipated smartphone when it becomes available on October 14 with a price of 9 for 16GB, 9 for 32GB, and 9 for 64GB. BlackBerry Torch 9850 Coming to Verizon Wireless Soon?

It appears that the RIM’s Torch 9850 is also headed for Verizon Wireless. The folks at CrackBerry has published an image of a leaked advertisement indicating that the BlackBerry Torch 9850 is headed for Verizon Wireless.

The leaked photo does not provide a release date but the presence of the Sony Ericsson XPERIA Play on the image indicate that an official announcement might be made soon.

No Samsung Galaxy S II for Verizon Wireless

Here’s some bad news for Verizon Wireless subscribers who are hoping to get their hands on the Samsung Galaxy S II. The carrier has confirmed to folks at Wall Street Journal that it has decided not to offer the highly anticipated Galaxy S II.

But why did Verizon Wireless decided against selling such a prominent handset? Brenda Raney, a Verizon Wireless spokeswoman gave this statement to the Journal:"We have an extensive portfolio that offers customers a great variety of devices, including the Samsung Droid Charge."
